Capt. Rami Omar Al-Breiki is a seasoned maritime executive and corporate leader who holds senior positions across a diversified portfolio of companies in the UAE. He currently serves as Group CEO, overseeing strategic growth, operational transformation, and governance across its marine and logistics subsidiaries, including Kratos Gas Transport and Marine Valley Shipping & Logistics Services. Capt. Al-Breiki is also the Co-Founder and CEO of NeoNautica, the developer and operator of the UAE BluePass platform in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure, and the Founder of ZMS Ship Management & Operations, a UAE-based ship management and marine services company. In addition, he serves as Chairman of YoungShip UAE and is a member of the UAE National Maritime Team under the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure.

I bring a comprehensive background in overseeing the safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant movement of LNG cargoes, leveraging deep knowledge in LNG-specific propulsion systems, including steam, dual fuel, and hybrid configurations. My experience includes successfully directing end-to-end dry docking projects with a focus on operational excellence, cost management, and safety standards. Recognized for collaborative leadership, I drive initiatives that streamline processes, enhance fleet performance, and optimize resource allocation, positioning teams and operations for sustained growth and efficiency in a competitive industry landscape.
